What we collect
When you submit a retreat enquiry, we collect your name, email, retreat preference, timing preference, and consent. For newsletter updates, we collect your email, retreat preference, and consent. Please don’t send medical information or private details about your relationship through these forms.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries and send the updates you requested. We do not sell this information. Form records are stored using Cloudflare’s hosting and database services. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help us limit spam; we do not store your raw IP address in the enquiry database.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, or removal from our updates lists through the privacy request form below. An update signup is separate from a retreat enquiry.
Site services
Google Fonts supplies the website’s fonts and receives standard connection information when your browser requests them. Concept photography illustrates the experience and does not show confirmed attendees or venues. Member accounts are not open yet. When checkout is available, Stripe processes deposit payments on its hosted checkout. We do not collect card details on this website. Stripe holds the payment records used to verify priority and refunds. We collect payment email addresses when you request a deposit refund.
