The Breakup Retreat is a 7-day immersive healing experience designed specifically for men navigating heartbreak, divorce, or the end of a long-term relationship. Whether your breakup was recent or you've been struggling for months, our program provides the tools, coaching, and brotherhood to help you move forward.
No prior therapy or coaching experience is needed. Our retreat is designed for men at all stages of their healing journey. Our expert coaches will guide you every step of the way, creating a safe and supportive environment for personal growth.
Each package includes 7 days of accommodation in Southern California, all meals, group and individual coaching sessions, outdoor healing activities, and access to our alumni brotherhood community. Premium packages include private rooms and additional 1-on-1 coaching.
Our retreat combines evidence-based coaching with outdoor adventures including desert hikes, bonfire circles, mindfulness practices, fitness sessions, and group workshops focused on emotional processing, confidence building, and creating a vision for your future.
